When they finally sale their property, they often to want a lot of money for all of the extras, such as fencing, stables and barns. So, considering the cost is normally in land and the home, it tends to be significantly less expensive to install your own custom horse facility and buy the home for less money, As an extra bonus, it could save save you thousands of dollars in property taxes.
